Superhero me

Because superheroes make great role models, here’s an activity to take role-modelling to a fun, new level! Get your child to perform 6 tasks, each of them delivering a value that the superhero version of themselves should possess. Once all the tasks are completed, your child will achieve superhero status, and you can reward him with a DIY cape and headband, or any reward of your choice.

Breast milk is best for your baby

Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for healthy growth and development of babies. Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is the optimal way of feeding infants. Thereafter infants should receive complementary foods with continued breastfeeding up to two years or beyond. Good maternal nutrition helps sustain an adequate supply and quality of breast milk.
